In a landscape of uncertainty, you will need a competent, reliable, and helpful agent. Daniel at Acapulco Centro has been a 10/10. He listened to exactly what we wanted, made some helpful recommendations, and followed through. He arranged video walk throughs while we were out of the country, and quickly arranged visits when we were in town. This was a huge improvement over our previous experiences in Valencia, where nothing seemed to be available to view, and the agent had zero interest in staying on price. We found exactly what we wanted within our budget in a week, and he guided us through the process like an expert. He can help you out with the NIE, setting up a bank account,and power of attorney so that you can close on your property and set up your utilities while you’re out of the country. He speaks excellent English. I cannot recommend Daniel and the entire Acapulco Centro team enough.
