Set in the established community of Las Terrazas in Puerto del Almendro, this is a very special property! The apartment is South facing with an incredibly spacious terrace offering stunning panoramic views over the pristine Andalusian landscape and the Mediterranean beyond. The living room is ample as well with designated lounge and dining areas, access to the terrace and a cosy fire place. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped, especially with the practical laundry/pantry annex. There is a guest bedroom and bathroom as well as the master bedroom which also has terrace access and an en-suite bathroom. What makes this property unique is that it comes with a separate guest apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This could be adjusted if so desired to turn one of the bedrooms into a lounge with kitchenette. Las Terrazas is a charming community with mature and lush grounds, the communal pool is particularly enchanting! The macro community has security barriers and cameras as well as a tennis court, available to residents. From this tranquil setting surrounded by nature, the Monte Halcones commercial centre and San Pedro are a short drive away.
